Right of withdrawal

Your 14 days, and when they end for digital stories.

The 14-day right

When you buy online you normally have 14 days to change your mind, counted from the day of purchase, without giving a reason.

Digital stories that start straight away

The films are digital content. If you ask for access to start straight away and confirm at checkout that you understand you then lose the right of withdrawal, the right ends when access begins. We send you a confirmation of this with your receipt. [LAWYER: confirm the reference, Consumer Rights Directive art. 16(m) and the Danish Consumer Contracts Act § 18(2)(13).]

The tick box at checkout reads:

"I want access to the stories straight away. I understand that I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal once access begins."

If you do not tick it, you cannot complete the purchase of a story or a Family Year.
